I've read here and there about Deepin and all the praise it gets, but never payed any attention so I decided to try it.
Damn..its beautiful and fast. I like the repository. I even found VMware Player there, easy install. It is made for beginners so it is a bit of a struggle to come from Linux Mint where you can do almost whatever you want, here they have done most of the work for you. It is hard to make any changes, cant tweak much. But I guess that is the point :)
It formats the drive for you, you cant decide if you want a separate home partition for example.

The control center takes a while to get used to. The VPN (TUN) wich PrivateVPN recommends doesnt work (there is no setting for TUN) so I have to use CLI through the terminal... Before I knew they had mirrors for the ISO download I tried to download it from Deepin site, it was painfully slow and Source forge didnt have 15.7 so I downloaded the 15.6 version and did an upgrade. But that broke graphic somehow (couldnt chose Nvidia closed driver=no effects) But when I learned they had mirrors I downloaded the 15.7 and did a reinstall, and that just worked out of the box.
But still, I love it! It's so beautiful... and fast. I like the fact it is a roiling release - and Debian, havent tried that before.

My upgrade from 15.6 to 15.7 went as smoothly as any 1.2 GB update can, but quite slowly. And sukarof is so right: Deepin is beautiful and fast! I think it is worth a try for those of you considering something different.

One annoying thing is that I have found is that the software in their "store" isnt updated very quickly. So I have downloaded deb-files for the software I want latest version of . Like Timeshift, Firejail and Vivaldi. Vivaldi in their repo is 1.13, The current version is 1.15 and has been for a while.
I want updated Timeshift because the version they have is buggy for me, I can not change how often and what days it should do the snapshot once I set it. Firejail because their version wont run Vivaldi in the sandbox.
But when deepin updates they all revert to the version that is in their repo so I have to run the deb's again. Not a big task but bloody annoying. Is there any logical reason for this kind of behaviour?

It may very well be that I dont understand what a "rolling release" is? but I expected more frequent updates of the OS. Deepin is updated maybe once a month, but that maybe is normal for a rolling release?

Do they have a Stable, Testing and Unstable branch, like Debian for instance?
