Cookie Autodelete

    Hi.
    In the guide below:

    https://restoreprivacy.com/firefox-privacy/

    it seems that the extension of the title is not necessary.

    My browser with XP is New Moon.
    CCleaner considers New Moon as Firefox:

    Even with the settings of the guide only with an extension as "Self-Destructing Cookies" I have the values of cookies to zero after closing the browser:

    Does anyone have a different situation?

    Why do you need to delete cookies? Why?
    I can understand, if you have received some malicious cookies, then delete them, but to delete these, what will help you open the web pages faster, what remeber your choices etc. Why delete them if it is Your own computer and You visit the same sites often?

    Since this thread is created in privacy related topics I would guess that because deleting them will improve privacy.
