I scanned my Windows 10 LTSB 2016 with Blackbird 1.0.11 and this is what I got:

Why don't you apply all changes that blackbird offers? It's usually just: Start it, let it do it's thing, restart, privacy.
You can usually turn everything that is red to green with no problems. (Except when you want to use windows internal remote control features)

Because I just want to know if I should add some of the "red" or "not_set" settings to my own WinConfig.bat

The standard settings that Blackbird sets are very good. I personally can't find any issues. Just set them all. (I don't use windows network or remote assistance)
