I use Advanced SystemCare Pro, Kerish Doctor, System Mechanic and Clean Master for PC Pro.

I run Kerish manually, from time to time, rather than using the realtime features. as it was slowing down my computer when it was running scans in the background. It will be interesting to see what new features the 2018 version brings.
I got System Mechanic as a giveaway and won't purchase it when my free license expires.

I've used every program in the list, and I prefer to use the ones I've listed.

I prefer CCleaner. Just for quick&easy %temp% and IE/FF/Chrome caches cleaning.

Privacy Eraser free to clean out junk + Windows built-in optimizers + manual removal for registry, etc. All in "Other" category.

i dont use any optimization software: IMO it simply too risky (loosing data or even backups)... ...im not skilled enough to really understand what these tools are doing on my system.

Pretty much the same stuff I've been using for years. The end-goal of any optimizations I do is to save space and lighten the system load. I don't use anything too aggressive and I always check to see what is getting zapped - though not as much as when I first started. It's all a cut-n-dry routine at this point.

More and more as time goes on I update all these cleaning programs less and less. Because they tend to bloat up and add useless features. And once I got something set up and working why change it?

    CCleaner + Winapp2.ini + Custom
    Ultimate Defrag 3
    Alternate stream view/delete from Nirsoft
    HD Tune Pro
    Auslogics Registry Cleaner
    Auslogics Registry Defrag
    Empty Folder Nuker
    MS Disk Cleanup
    MSConfig Cleanup
    MsiZap - orphan
    RegCleaner by Jouni Vurio
    Remove Empty Folders
    CloneSpy
    Easy Duplicate Remover
    USB Oblivion
    Privazer
    Shellbag Analyzer
    Paragon Hard Disk Manager 12
    Nirsoft Utilities
    Sysinternals
    EventViewer
    SytemFileChecker
    CheckDisk
    PathLengthChecker
    Puran DiskFresh
    WinDirStat

Ohhh noooo!! Not all that!?!?! No. Not all that. Those are some tools (among many more) which are in my toolbox should I ever need them or want to look at something specific. It's the first 2 proggies that see regular usage. The rest play a "supporting role" and are nice to have. Most haven't been used in a year or more.

None. Previously it would have been CCleaner but I don't trust them anymore.

I'm currently using an older version of Auslogics BoostSpeed. Issues connecting to WiFi on my ThinkPad resurfaced, which I detailed in a thread here. However, it appears the internet optimizer in BoostSpeed has finally put that issue to bed.

    None.

I used to toy around with a few of these programs but could no longer justify the time spent. Even if let's say the optimizations can save me 10 mins on average a month (which I highly doubt), it's still pointless in the grand scale of things when I take into account the amount of time I need to spend downloading, updating these programs, running them while trying to ensure no false positives made before I click on "optimize", etc. The ROI is simply pathetic.
