    The thing is, FB's numerous patents are not so much about utilizing them but to block out the competition. This criminal behavior should be illegal.

    Facebook Inc. said Friday it was suspending an analytics firm while it investigates whether that firm’s government contracts violate the social-media giant’s policies on how its public data is collected and shared.

    Crimson Hexagon, based in Boston, has in recent years had contracts to analyze public Facebook data for clients including a Russian nonprofit with ties to the Kremlin and multiple U.S. government agencies, according to people familiar with the matter and federal procurement data..."

    If I've already said it, it still bears repeating - and I hope that fall goes down a black hole never to surface again. Same deal for others like google twitter etc. These predators on society are among the worst of the worst for the massive damage they've caused and all the while been allowed to justify it all for the sake of filthy lucre.
