The privacy tab for defraggler (2.22.995) in options doesn't have an opt-out and specifically refers to ccleaner ... LOL

CCleaner keeps bloating and bloating. Now you get a subscription reminder.. why do you need to subscribe to a simple basic cleaning program? Not long ago, the downloads were 3-5mb. And now they're 15-16mb.. So anything you saved in cleaning is now consumed by useless additions.like telemetry and spyware.
Now i know why they removed the "Show offers for our other products" option in the privacy menu This is what i see every time i run CCleaner

Thanks, that did the trick. Cheers! Blocking the outbound connection seems to get rid of both the popup window plus the said cookie
