    Wow. Root through DHCP negotiation :eek:

    They mention WiFi as a particular risk.

    But what about VPN services? When you connect to a VPN, the server does assign an IP address on the tunnel network.

    Maybe the process is different enough that it's not an issue. I don't know.

    Oh c'mon - this vulnerability was fixed very fast. This being the case, no biggie at all.
