I know, it is an old thread.
    Give WipeFile a try.

It is portable (there is no 'install-version')
Supports context menu (with 'WipeFile' entry and an entry under 'Send to' - to be set at first launch)
    It is just 684KB
Fast and user-friendly, a minimum on clicks
Renames folders and files at wiping

Right now I don't know of any other tool with all the same capabilities together.
Either they are 'much bigger', or are required to be installed, or have been made portable (like Eraser), or ...

Of course it has good reviews, for instance: https://www.lifewire.com/wipefile-review-2619147
