I am happy to publish this most enthusiastic review of LibreOffice 6.0, a free, cross-platform office suite, including setup, look and feel, vast ergonomic and functional improvements in every aspect of usage, excellent Microsoft Office support, ePUB support, PDF export options, security, extensions, Ribbon-like interface tweaks, security, stability, performance, cloud and Android features, other observations, and more. Enjoy!

Nope. But quoting the great Sir Humphrey from Yes, Prime Minister: Rome wasn't built in a day, you know.

The Mail Merge setup in creating templates is simply dreadful and hasn't changed in years. Suppressing blank lines in addresses so they don't print is a Royal pain.

Although not a fan of WPS Office Suite, it's mail merge is far superior in simplicity.

Mail Merge is supposed to be a productivity tool, not in LibreOffice!

Yes, I'm waiting for LibreOffice, or one of the other MS Office compatible suites, to offer an email & calendaring app comparable to Outlook; then I will be able to switch.

I've been saying the same for years. I don't think it's coming.
