I would like to slow the playback speed on some videos I have downloaded from Youtube. I usually use Windows Media Player, but it only offers "fast" and "slow" along with normal speed. Can anyone recommend a free player that offers more granularity for slowing down playback? TIA
MPC- HC offers that option. In settings you define speed step and then use decrease/increase speed commands to set a speed that you want.

Unfortunately I can't get MCP-HC to work reliably with HMPA. Any other suggestions for video software with variable playback speed? TIA Edit: I just discovered that Windows Media Player also has the ability to vary playback speed in steps.
