spyware guard run time error

    When I click live update on the software, I got a message :{run-time error '5':
    invalid procedure call or argument}, clicked OK, message : {sgmain has performed
    an illegal operation ....}.
    Please advise where did I go wrong.TIA

    OK, indirectly I found the answer to this problem : I am using firewall Kerio.
    Temporarily disable firewall the live update works.
