I am having a problem with Adguard blocking Paypal when I go to make a payment from Ebay. There is a popup that comes up but it times out too quickly. I have looked through the rules but cannot find anything relevant. Can someone help please.

Could you please tell me what exact filters do you have enabled in AdGuard?
Also, it might be caused by the popup blocker extension, could you plz try disabling it for a moment?

It is pretty common lately, if you do not have paypal information saved in ebay, you will just get a blank page instead of paypal login. Not sure if it is related to adguard though.

    Thank you.

It is a default install with all the filters enabled.

Have tried disabling them all and the popup blocker but makes no difference. Once I have missed hitting your popup the only way I can find to restore the setting is to go back to a previous disk image.

The popup appears in the top right corner in green and is only there for a couple of seconds. If I miss it then Ebay continues to log into Paypal and all I get is a spinning disk. I use Lastpass for the login.

I am enclosing a screenshot of what I am seeing - top right corner. As soon as select the Paypal button it appears briefly. I have had to restore a disk image to get this to work again. How can I modify this behavior, ideally to stay there until I select the correct action and where is this controlled within Adguard so that I can reset it without having to restore the system. I also don't think the setting sticks once it is selected.

Yeah, that's popup blocker's false positive for sure. You can disable it temporarily. Meanwhile, I've filed a bug report:
