No surprises. Certain occupations are well known to be at the bottom of the barrel, and this won't help their image any. I hope the fine will put a serious dent in his pocket. Robocalls are detestable.
I have a way to screen out these spoofed calls. Set up your cell number for an area code that you have no connection with. When you see a call matching your cell's area code you automatically know it's spoofed.
