    Clean Master Lite (com.cmsecurity.lite in the Google app store) is the only one that runs decently on my old Android tablet. I use the Evozi app downloader to bypass Google: https://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/

    AFWall+ and LineageOS privacy guard. Xprivacy is also great if you're on an earlier Android version.
