In Daum Potplayer, sometimes when I open a video file from the program interface the picture is all funky looking, the colors are faded and pixelated. It only does this when opening a file from within the program, either with Open File of from a Playlist. For example, I finish watching one clip, close it and open a new one and it looks funky. Sometimes I can close and open several files before it goes haywire, other times it does it right off the bat. If I close the program and reopen it that fixes it. Would anyone have an idea what might be causing this behavior? I did try a clean install but it still does it.

I'm sorry I don't have a screenshot but I can't get one for some reason. If I try Windows Print Screen I can capture the image but if I try to save it it's blank. If I capture the image with Potplayer the resulting image looks normal, it doesn't look messed up.

Have you tried updating to the latest version? Version 1.7.5545 was released just a few days ago.

I just updated and I'll see how it does now. I stopped updating when 1.7 came out because I didn't like the new default appearance; but I discovered it's very easy to get it back to the old appearance with a few tweaks so hopefully all is well now. The funny thing is the last version of 1.6 worked fine since installing it back in Feb. then recently started acting up. Who knows. Appreciate the idea.
