Windows Defender is enabled. I thought that should not happen if running an anti-virus, in this case, Norton Security. I am confused! Thank you!
That might have happened, if you have upgraded to 1709. Reinstalling Norton, or setting DisableAntiSpyware manually to 1, should solve it. https://community.norton.com/en/for...both-ns-and-windows-defender-appear-be-active
Open Settings (Windows + I) > Update and security > Windows Defender > Open WD Security Center... disable WD real time protection.
