Wow, these guys take browser security a bit too serious, way too much info. But I believe browsers like Chrome, Edge and soon Firefox are really quite hard to exploit. Chrome is the safest at the moment, but it has other drawbacks.
Firefox will not be safe any time soon. Chrome and edge have years of maturity behind their sandbox implementations. Slapping a sandbox onto Firefox won't make it safe, it will have teething problems. Give it a few years after that and it could be a consideration.
Yes, I suppose it won't be as secure as the one from Chrome and Edge straight away. Let's see how easy FF will be to hack in 2018. It can't be as bad as a FF without a sandbox.
