I have checked for vpn leaks on a site , the results only show the dns of the vpn but it doesnt match up with the dns results on wireshark. Each country of the vpn has the same country for its dns. The dns results on wireshark is the same dns url everytime, regardless of the vpn location i choose. I have checked on several leaking test sites and they each say the dns country for the vpn.

Is this a sign that the dns for the locatio of the vpn on each leaking test site is incorrect?

In Wireshark, you'll see different DNS servers used on the LAN interface and on the VPN tunnel interface. But DNS queries through the LAN interface should stop when the VPN tunnel is established. DNS test websites should show the same DNS servers that you see in Wireshark.

Theres two dns url's that appears on wireshark when im connected to a vpn, both of the urls are variations of the name of the vpn company. They are the the only dns addresses i see, regardless of which country server is picked.

Theres also a third dns url with the same country code at the end of the url. Its the same one each time i connect to a vpn. The third one isnt the isp dns.

If you got any ideas , settings to change its appreciated

That's reasonable. Some VPNs have different DNS servers for each VPN server. But it's OK to have the same ones. All DNS lookups go through the VPN tunnel, anyway. Or st least, they should. What does Wireshark show you?
It sounds like it's also being specified by the VPN. As long as it's not a DNS server that gets used without the VPN, and as long as all DNS lookups go through the VPN tunnel, that's OK.
Maybe check in the VPN client, and see what DNS options there are.
