Are you sure that the email account/user name is correct? Make sure Firefox password manager is turned off, ie Options/Security/Logins uncheck "remember logins for sites". Also if it doesn't work using the plugin go directly to LastPass.com and try to login there.

The pass manager in FF is always OFF.

I didn't know it was possible to use lastpass.com to log in.

I am getting the same message - invalid password.

Did you attempt to activate the local One Time Password?

If the user have not done the following, the recovery One Time Password should be available:
A further requirement to have a recovery OTP is:

    My wifey says she did.

The password they sent her on her mail account was the same.

    Puzzling, ain't it?

Why would one need a third party tool to convert from LastPass to 1Password?

(1Password can import the LastPass export file)

    Theses are really great features.
    • Added commands 'Find Duplicate Passwords' and 'Find Similar Passwords' (in 'Edit' -> 'Show Entries'), which show entries that are using the same or similar passwords.
    • Added command 'Password Quality Report'

Yeah saw that on Reddit earlier today. I know it's only another dollar, but have been thinking of switching to something else anyway. Lots of peeps I know rave about Enpass but I have never tried it.

I just had a look at Enpass.
It looks good. You can also get browser extensions.

I've been testing the portable version of Enpass.
I love it. Much better than LastPass for my liking.

Enpass has been fantastic since i switch from lastpass when it was bought.

They even have an excellent linux version that integrates perfectly. One off lifetime fee (no subscription) for premium users with regular updates. Syncs via cloud if prefered to your selected online storage provider, or locally. They have no servers so it is totally in your control. Very well built app, customer support has been excellent and most importantly are very, ( by what i can tell ) open about vulnerabilities and fixes.

    regards.

Enpass doesn't work in Cyberfox and for some reason I can't get it to start with Windows. I check the box and close Settings and the box is unchecked again. No Startup item listed in Task Manager.

I was a little set back at first with Enpass closing after one minute but I think I've got that sorted now. I wish it would automatically fill the login fields but it seems I need to double click on the login on the extension in Firefox and Chrome, then I get logged in. Maybe I'm missing something.

    Win10 x64.

Took a while, but we expected a negative from LogMeIn acquisition, didn't we?

I have a LastPass and Xmarks premium package, will have to think about this. Especially since Xmarks is still not Firefox multi-process compatible.

I principally use Roboform, since way back, anyway.

I might keep Enpass installed for when Norton ID Safe stops syncing with the server, which lately has been too often. It won't be hurting anything if I leave it installed even if I don't use it.

OK, I've got Enpass working in Cyberfox (there's a setting to allow that) and after restoring an image of my machine before I installed the program, then reinstalling, I've fixed the auto starting with Windows.

    Happy days! :)

Yeah, I probably won't miss what they are stripping from the free version so I may sit on it long enough to see how the free works out. I'm not paying double. This will probably cost them more than it will make them. I may have tolerated a 50% increase, but not 100%. If the price of everything doubled and my income does not... :(
