And your point is, what, pray tell? There are plenty of Russian IPs that have and do spread malware...but do people therefore eschew the use of Kaspersky products?

 

My point is that a comp. which uses an (previously known malware spreading IP) is possible dangerous. Your comparison with Kaspersky is lagging here cause their IP's are not known as compromised.

I doubt that Korea can be trusted with any products when their IP's are monitored and possible controlled and infected by their own goverment. It's just a risk I warn here about.

 

Either keep off the Internet or lock down your system with SRP. AV and AR is like calling the fire department should something slip though. 100% protection is impossible because malware evolves rapidly and no one knows what unknown bug it might exploit. Prevention is basically educated guesswork.

 

Nothing in life is 100%. You could die tomorrow from an unforeseen event and nothing can prevent it. Same thing with computer software; humans make it the best it can be but it will never be perfect. Insisting on perfection is completely unrealistic. All we can do is take sensible precautions in the face of the unexpected.

Yeah, i have seen it too after a scan with HitmanPro. It was declared as Ransomware
