    SSRP or REDOXX Anti-Ransom are a first line of defense.

    You basically lock down your PC with a software restriction policy to prevent malware from executing from locations where legitimate software typically doesn't run. You can make exceptions for certain legitimate software running from those locations.

    Anti-ransomware is a second line of defense but if your SRP is doing its job, it shouldn't need to intercept ransomware trying to execute on your system.

    LOL, seems he is still obsessed with tweaking Windows. Personally I'm not into MalwareTips at all, but some prefer at apparently.
