Hello, I have been using Truecrypt sometimes, and I know a lot about computers. Mostly I've used it to try things or more casual, as I don't have any super secret or really important files that really needs encryption. But for example I have been using it for my downloaded movies/series. Now something strange happened. I lost nearly all files (except two small, one rar and one docx file) within one truecrypt made file of around 100 GB. The only thing I did was that this truecrypt container file was in use by my backup software and I clicked to start to mount it in TC. Then I got a error message that the file was already in use and I clicked "no" then to not open it completely in TC. The next day when it was no longer backing up I opened it and then nearly all data is gone :/ When I tried to open it the first time I didn't know before that it was in use already, but I guess this is what made the damage to it, or that my harddrive is breaking down. Can I recover what was inside my TC file somehow? I use W10.
