Eset NOD32 - internal server error

I noticed a thread at the Eset forum where yesterday/today a posting was made about an "internal server error" message from NOD32. You have to scroll down there.
I'm seeing that same error/warning message from NOD32 version 10.1.210.0 on Win7 64-bit.

Let's wait and see whether that error is coming back. Only over a couple of days one can say whether it is coming back or not. My Eset event log is going back to 22 June 2017 and I'm seeing it mentioned in the logs a couple of times in that time period. So, you cannot immediately tell whether it is coming back or not.

 

I received that same error on a customer's machine while attempting an upgrade of the product, and I opened a case with ESET Support in San Diego.

I'll attempt another one Monday, as I do at least half a dozen support calls with remote access a day, so I will be able to see if it is indeed fixed.

So far I have not got that error message again. But for me it is still too early to tell.

 

I haven't seen that error for a week now, so I guess I too can say it has been fixed.

 

I can't get it to reappear either.
