Threads like this make me happy that I transitioned to using Google Pay (formerly Android Pay) at most of the places where I go out to eat. In fact I use my GP any place I can. The cool thing is that the establishment only gets an e-token from GP and never gets my real card number. It is absolutely irrelevant to me if "they" get hacked because they don't get my numbers, ever. I find myself occasionally avoiding going into places that don't take GP or IPay. Hopefully all will get on board soon. Hey, just trying to balance this thread out. LOL!
