Thanks @stapp for the heads up, I was having other small issues recently with CCleaner so I Purchased a LT key for Privacy Eraser about a month ago. I am now glad I did. PeAcE
The reason why... ''Patched CCleaner 5.30 today due to an inconsistency with UpdateChecking which we have now fixed'' https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=48331
Now I'm trying to make CCleaner to work on cleanup of Sbie's container folder. CCleaner deletes any file within main container and sub-folders, but sub-folders won't get deleted just emptied. Is this a normal behavior? Spoiler
Thanks. Shame. I need or wish CCleaner to delete them. I can delete 'em manually but sometimes I forget, well many times, so that's why CCleaner is for, isn't it?
Personally, I set most sandboxes to delete automatically on closing of sandboxed programs. Thats my preferred way of deleting. And usually maintain a couple sandboxes with persisting contents that I delete manually when the time comes to do it. I use CCleaner all the time but dont use it for SBIE at all. In your case, if you like to use CCleaner the way you explained, I think you can. Dont let the leftover folders bother you. Theres only going to be one folder for each sandbox and will be reused next time you run something in the sandbox. Bo
