By now I would think all users of this program are not able to use it and therefore this forum is null and void. If they can't use this software anymore, they do not need any support. I vote to archive this product. I am still not happy about how they disappeared with no notice or any word at all.
Due to the lack of support actitivity and a missing website of their product it seems to be a good idea.
