There are better products available for scanning individual downloads. I hope that you have been taking advantage of them!!! :thumb:

I bought two licenses that are valid still 700 days, if that's how I spent my money, I understand and agree to the pirates!

But licences are still valid, aren't they? And software still works and is currently still updated.

Yes, the licenses are still valid, HPA works fine but HP works 50%

Do you think it is any use scanning PDF files or other document files with HMP?
To my knowledge, HMP only scans PE files, not document files.
That was mentioned in several posts, over the years:
I don't know if any of that changed, since then.
If not, then it does not seem to be any use scanning PDF or other document files with HMP.

TY for all of that info, SM. It is my understanding that pdf files can contain malware, and I did not know they were not scanned. I read that exe files can be "disguised" as pdf files, for instance. Looks like I have been wasting my time scanning pdf files with HMP.
    Thanks again for the help.

In addition i get now "Upload timed out"-messages, mainly for big files:

I did it again and now it was successful. Maybe it was a temporary glitch.

Tried to do clean install of latest beta, but don't get setup screen to install (create folder, shortcut, etc.). License activation worked okay. Any ideas. Do I need to download an installer?

As stated before, a HMP beta version does not install, it only runs.
Mood presented a workaround for that, see mood's posts #7590 and #7584.

That's weird. It is still failing for me from here in the USA.

I even tried the site http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/hitmanpro.com.html

They returned the result from their servers that it is down for everyone ...
