Thanks for the list, two items caught my eye:
    This better be the case!

It's better than nothing. There are no buttons or breadcrumbs or anything. Just a text box with the current location. You can type in it (or copy/paste) but that is all.

I think I'm going to be more affected by the removals than the adds. The Control Panel is there but they make it a lot harder to find. Not a popular decision on their part but if they are going to kill it anyway...

Don't really need those, there's a tree directory on the left after all.

True, but there are 3rd party tools that put the whole thing to shame.

I have been running 15063 for a few days now, on a standard user account with AppLocker enabled. No third party Antivirus software from now on.

With Applocker + native security, you don't need anyway.

Glad you agree with this setup of my Win10!
On the web side, I use chrome with uBlock Origin with most filters enabled.
Data drives and OS drive are all encrypted with BitLocker.
Also, there is an additional security feature newly introduced in Creators Update: "Allow apps from store only", which can be enabled from Settings --> Apps & Settings. Pretty useful feature.

I wish i had Pro or Ent version... i would , as you, use Applocker as main security feature. :D

and you can enable Appcontainer on chrome for better security.

This is nice one. so i guess, you can install 3rd party softs , enable this feature, then only store apps can be installed right? if yes , this is a subtle way to lock the system.

Thank you so much for your advice on enabling Appcontainer on Chrome! Did not know this trick before. Just enabled.

Yes this is how I take advantage of this new security feature. Creators Update is worth upgrading to (IMHO).

    You are welcome ;)

From what i read, it has interesting security improvements. I will wait to get the official ISO, clean install it, redo all my security tweaks, then it should be good :D

I've upgraded one computer so far. It took 90 minutes, and I've had no issues.

Okay being a glutten for punishment I want to give this new version a whirl. I've already down loaded the iso(I am signed up as an insider. I have two choices. I can restore my win 10 image which I am not getting insider builds, or I can just upgrade my win 7 image. Any recommendations?

I would recommend upgrading the Windows 10 image, if you have not already done so.

I decided to upgrade on both of my personal machines and it is running great. At this moment I am actually using Edge for browsing and leaving Windows Defender to see how they run. They both seem improved. We'll see how long that lasts. Where Defender doesn't seem to be causing any problems or the usual slowdown, I still having a hard time trusting it to be effective enough.

Glad the upgrade worked out well for you!
I made an ISO from the ESD download, formatted the SSD drive, and did a clean install of Creators Update. It went well, except some minor search issues in the start menu, probably because of the little tricks I did to disable Cortana. Nevertheless, besides the under-the-hood security improvement, the new build is also much more responsive than the previous Windows, even on my ancient i5-2500K and i7-2700K desktops. Hope the Zero Day Patch on General Available day will fix the minor start menu issue and I'll be a happy camper.

I didn't realize how ancient my test computer is too, with an i3-4160 CPU. Even so it has SSDs and the Win10 upgrade only took 20 minutes.

The only issue I've noticed is when importing bookmarks.html into Edge. Edge crashes during the import and only a few bookmarks are present. These disappear within the next minute.
