SpeedFan forgets my settings!

I created a Task (with Task Scheduler) that starts SpeedFan at Windows' startup, but SpeedFan doesn't remember my PWM config of 50%, it start as if I had normally started it, which means a PWM of 31%.

I want my CPU fan PWM configured to 50% at all times, ~1100 RPM.

How would I do that?
