    Hi @TwinHeadedEagle and Hi@all

I have send 2 Files to Avira from the Last Final Version to check and analyze this and here is the Result of them

    Filename Result
    Zemana AntiMalwar...25.exe MALWARE

The file 'Zemana AntiMalware 2.70.2.25.exe' has been determined to be 'MALWARE'. Our analysts named the threat TR/Dldr.Agent.jxehl. The term "TR/" denotes a trojan horse that is able to spy out data, to violate your privacy or carry out unwanted modifications to the system. Detection is added to our virus definition file (VDF) starting with version 8.12.137.202.

    Filename Result
    ZAM.exe FALSE POSITIVE

The file 'ZAM.exe' has been determined to be 'FALSE POSITIVE'. In particular this means that this file is not malicious but a false alarm. Detection is removed from our virus definition file (VDF) with the version: 8.12.138.64.

    Why

    With best Regards

You're better off asking Avira to reconsider/re-check it. I think they made a huge mistake :p

I have repeatedly checked the 'Do not show this message again' box on the Android ADVERTISEMENT button' but it always shows again o_Oo_O
Possible bug ? Sent feedback to Zemana.
    Thanks

    @ghodgson :
Try to uncheck the box "Display messages about Zemana promotions"
You need to quit ZAM and launch it again, to take effect.
This removes the Android icon from the main screen and possibly the Android advertisement.

I have a persistent problem since at least May, when I first reported it to support. Happens on ZAM Premium and ZAL Lifetime, two different machines.
Scheduled scan nearly always crashes. When I try to send bug report with attachments to Zemana, it also nearly always fails. Happens with on demand scans too.
Have reported this twice to Zemana support but seemingly no resolution yet.
This, plus the disappearance of the RT auto-allow feature, makes ZAM / ZAL a candidate for removal for me.
Edit: The scan crash looks like pic in post above.

First time seeing this problem during update, but quick solution is to unistall Zemana and download latest version.

I just tried running the portable version again, and it updated to v2.70.1.133 Beta. No problem this time.

I just launched Zemana (I have it configured not to start automatically with Windows), and after it ran its automatic update, its now called MalwareFox, as you can see in the screenshot below.
    MalwareFox.png

I came across MalwareFox tonight as part of my daily search for new software. I launched the installer, but then exited it before actually installing it, as it was evident from the screenshots on its website, that it is was a rebrand, rather than being a new product. However, Zemana ended up installing it for me. As you can see, it recgonises my Zemana lifetime license. It did not keep my configuration from Zemana, or my hundreds of exclusions. When I exited it and launched the ZAM.exe file from the actual Zemana folder, I received the following alert:
    MalwareFox2.png

When I clicked on Yes, MalwareFox ran, and not Zemana.

I uninstalled MalwareFox, and then launched Zemana again, and it said it was the portable version. I then ran a disk cleanup with Clean Master, and then downloaded and ran the latest Zemana installer. Zemana launched after the install and said my license was expired. However, I was able to activate it again with my lifetime license. Zemana remembered the previous configuration and exclude list, so now I have Zemana working as it was originally.

Yes, that is a rebrand, but shouldn't be downloaded like that.

Do you remember what was the previous version after you updated to the latest one?

I'm not sure what the version was, but it would have been updated within the last week or two.

Probably some temporary issue or wrong settings on server side. No one else reported this behavior.

It's just picked up some of my tabs as unsafe, so i checked "report as safe" pressed next and it crashed chrome,i was able to restore pages on restart of chrome but surely it shouldn't just force close chrome when I'm clicking report as safe?
