Snake oil to the max! Let Windows handle the RAM management, cache what it sees fit, and be done with it. Freeing up RAM is so 1990!
I've been trying CleanMem on my old W7 64-bit laptop with its tiny 3 GB RAM, and so far it's been great! It's reduced overall memory usage to around 50% even when I run memory-intensive apps like Firefox. Previously, RAM usage was reaching 65-70% and causing the browser and other apps to freeze and stutter. (I would add more physical RAM but this model of laptop isn't upgradeable.)
