I use a local bookmark file (Bookmark.html) so It can be used in all the browsers on my system. Since upgrading from 43 to 45 the Icon shows in the New tab page but it does not work or (open link in new tab) takes you to an about:blank page. (Right Click Menu on Icon) Click copy link address will copy the proper address. Cannot open the page from the Icon by clicking on it. If it's not going to work why create a new icon for it? Is there a new setting or something allowing loading local files, by the way making a bookmark for a local file still works. rrrh1 (arch1)
