Hello, I had the same problem with my premium license from giveaway after I had reinstalled Securaplus. But I find out what you have to do that the license works. You have to go to the Securaplus homepage. Login with your email and Password. Go to "My Licenses". Here you will find your Premium licenses. Under Linceses Code you will see it. Copy this code than open the software Secureaplus and insert this code under "Info&Licenses" after you logging in. Then it shoult show you the premium account until 18. Oct. 2018

We have just released SecureAPlus version 4.4.1. In this version SecureAPlus is starting to use Jotti as the second opinion tool. It is similar to VirusTotal. Currently Jotti has 19 engines. I have been using the newest version and so far it has been performing great. Jotti look up has worked fine so far. Keep up the good work.

They servers are every once a while out of order (updating servers). What users should do in that time? Turn off pc for a week or two.
