My MB died had OS Win10, will Macrium redeploy & most recent image,restore my machine & win10 license? Both were Asus MB's PT6 SE > Asus Rampage
If the MB is significantly different, reDeploy will get it working but you may have driver issues to deal with after the fact. The Windows license may not work as well, but a call to MicroSloth should fix that. If it's an OEM machine (and is very different) you may have to buy another W10 license... see what M$ says...
I'm sure that everything will go smoothly. PC starts but Windows, of course, inactivated. Drivers probably suit old, but if not all, it is easy to update. If the license for the 10-th bought separately, it provides for the transfer to other hardware after removing from old (that already happened). If the OEM and/or through the update from 7/8/8.1, then M$, i hope, will in good part after explaining the situation and will re-activate your PC.
