Thanks so much guys I really appreciate the very nice comments! I try my best I don't get paid for what I do but I believe that WSA is the Future and it's here now and as to support my latest contact with support was just awesome as I just asked them to Whitelist a few files and it only took 3 minutes via the Ticket system. There support is second to none and many of us know very well!

    Cheers,

    Daniel ;)

No changes to the GUI but I will check with what that means for Windows 10 users.

    Thanks,

    Daniel ;)

Malware testing is not allowed. Sorry it's like Youtube Testers....... And that's the thing with people they don't understand and they bash so what's the point.

I'm curious as to whether WSA FW blocks or prompts for unknown/unknown safe outbound traffic.
Windows Firewall default allows outbound traffic.
Did you read through the topic. By my read the op thought machine was protected (specific to that traffic) by roll-back as outbound traffic was monitored. Other user reported unknown/unknown safe outbound traffic is allowed even while monitored until declared safe/unsafe.
So, I'm curious whether personal identifiable information will outbound unfettered until WSA back end declares safe/unsafe. I'm curious whether WSA monitor does in fact journal unknown/unknown safe traffic. Whether monitoring/journeling will protect with roll-back for unknown/unknown safe outbound traffic. I'm curious how roll back sorts already trafficked personal identifiable information. When back end after the traffic is sent deems same outbound traffic not safe. Yesterday I read message at Webroot Community that WSA FW for W8/8.1/10 does not work same as WSA FW pre W8. WSA FW for W8/8.1/10 is default Windows Firewall rules. The message at Webroot Community by my read suggested WSA FW does what ever Windows default FW does. And Windows FW (W8/8.1/10) by default allows outbound.
Again this is by my read. Not everyone that questions authority is a troll. Questioners may be unknowing inquisitive. I have noticed questioning Webroot does invoke "troll".
I read the posted malwaretips thread and follow Webroot Community.
I'll freely stipulate my familiarity with Webroot is as a drop of water to your ocean.
Does Webroot FW (connection traffic watcher) protect W8.1/10 unknown/unknown safe outbound traffic and How..? Be nice to those on the way up. You'll pass them on the way down.

    Warning!

Some of the WSA keycodes sold by http://store.downloadcrew.com have been forced to expire by Webroot due to "fraudulent sale".

I manage a WSA console for my friends & relatives, and a while ago I noticed that some of the WSA keycodes (which we purchased from Downloadcrew Store during January 2016) were suddenly expired.

When I asked about the issue from Webroot's support, I got this answer:

"The keycode you have provided, as well as many other keycodes involving the distribution code PXSW, have been disabled as they were no longer licensed for retail. The original distributor is no longer affiliated with our company, and any of their keycodes made available after December 1, 2015, were sold fraudulently."

We got no reply from Creativemark (the company which runs Downloadcrew and some other discount software stores), so we finally got a refund from CleverBridge.

Downloadcrew store still lists Webroot products, but they are all marked as "out of stock". I was surprised that I couldn't find other notifications about the issue around the web, so I don't know how widespread the problem actually is.

Are there any other users here with the same issue?

It is a huge black mark against Download Crew IF it is right and I have no reason to think otherwise I hope the other vendors are taking notice.
