When I got my Dell computer with Windows XP Professional, I also got the programs eAnthology and Weatherbug.

eAnthology had a pop-up blocker and whatnot and kept bugging me to register, while Weatherbug had to be shut down since it popped up with startup.

I don't know where else to ask this, but what exactly is eAnthology? I've tried deleting it from my computer but it seems to keep coming back. Now it's just sitting there. It's scaring me.

    Thanks for any help!

Here is a detailed thread about eAnthology/eAcceleration over at DSLR:

eAnthology did have a shady past but have been trying to "clean up their act". The posts by Eric Howes (eburger6:cool: are really important ones from that thread. He's the keeper of the Rogue Spyware list and really knows what's what in this regard.
