Yes HMPA is trusted in CFW. It had been working alongside CFW for 2 wks.

11/14/15 Wow! Thanks for all the quick responses. I believe since I was running HMPA for less than a mo., it was in Trial license which I think is fully operational. I'm usually pretty good w CFW rules and no issues there. I have since gone back to HMPA site looking for versions available to no avail. I downloaded version offered yesterday, which turns out to now be 3.0.59 build 209. I uninstalled v3.1.0 beta 32, installed 3.0.59 build 209. This fixed problem w IE not launching. All seems good.

Thanks Krusty13 and hawki for bringing up HMPA and MBAE issues. I had been seriously considering purchasing MBAE because I've been using it longer and it's been pretty smooth. Although the more I'm learning about SurfRight products, I may go that route. Thanks again.

I have installed BETA 336 and so far it works well. No issues here. Though I'm thinking is it possible to check RAM consumption because it looks to be quite high considering that it is not actually doing anything besides monitoring?

After re-reading the HMPA info and Tests I have reluctantly removed MBAE from my system. The problem reoccurred during a Flash viewing (pre-Demo debate on CBSN) - froze-loud buzzing sound. Disabled MBAE and the problem is no more. I guess I did not appreciate what an intelligent product HMPA is :)

Same issue occurred with only HMPA installed. Have uninstalled HMPA and reinstalled MBAE. Maybe the problem is with EMIS 11. Will report update later.

You don't see any possible conflict there?

I'm not sure if this will work or not but you could try opening Alert > at the top right corner is a gear icon > Reset Settings.

If that doesn't help I'm all out of ideas, sorry. Someone else will know how to get the SysTray icon back though.

I had no idea that was even possible, until now. Brief search didn't give me any clues.
If you're desperate, System Restore might do it.
Apart from that, I don't know why you would need the icon anyway.

I lost access to the internet on the 7th of this month [last time I was in my HMPA snapshot], since I recently, updated HMPA. Tried again earlier today, but still couldn't get software updates, etc.

I have changed HMPA to manual instead of automatic startup, and rebooted. Now, I can access the internet, again....I don't what changed with HMPA, that could prevent me accessing the internet.

You mean HMP.A Service set to manual vs. Automatic. Does net access then invoke the HMP.A Service...?

What HMPA version are you using?
    3.0.59.209 stable,
or 3.1 beta, and if so, which of the beta builds?

No, it is in manual mode...i.e not started. I could start, but then I might not get net access...So, I will leave it in manual mode. Maybe, Erik will respond, or not.

On the 3 Windows 10 machines I installed 336 the recommended font protection was disabled by default.

    Is this intended behavior?
