Thanks, updated. Can confirm Spotify issue is fixed, added it to exploit mitigation myself as Media and get alerts for Shellcode (Load Libraries) and IAT filtering. Not sure if false positives or Spotify using "bad" code, either way not much of an issue for me, just disabled those mitigations for Spotify.. Don't really think Spotify really needs to be protected to begin with but whatever. =3 (Is plural of "mitigation" "mitigations"?)

Mine is not auto updating to 324 and when I right click the icon, I see the grayed out "No update available". I have waited over 30 minutes, so it doesn't appear to be activating.

Also, I previously manually updated to 323, as the auto updater did not activate then either.

On tray icon right-click mine said 'No update available' (greyed out) although it was on 323 beta (connected to internet).
After areboot, the message came up that a new version was available, to be installed on reboot.
Rebooted again, now on 324 beta ... so two boots required, in my case anyway, so manual check might be in order?

Prior to automatic 207 to 208 upgrade, MSE flags a HMPA temp file as suspicious, offers to send in for analysts or "Do not send".
At same time Hitmanproalert pop up said that after restart, an update would be installed.
I selected "Do not send" and restarted and all is well. I already had one customer quarantine it.

The links in your signature still point to build 207 and build 323

Beta 323 informs me that an update is available and will be installed after reboot, but after each reboot I stay on 323 (which informs that an update is available and will be installed after reboot).

Can you guys add something like fullscreen detection? It is kind of annoying if in mid of the game Hitman Pro Alert pops up and minimizes the game just to tell that an update will be installed during the next restart :)

I used to have this issue in earlier builds with the auto update. But the latest builds have updated fine. Currently using build 208.

Tried to re-install on earlier builds after the issue and it would not install. Going from what i remember i had to delete the empty folder in "Program Files (X86)" and also from the "Start Menu". It also left behind a entry in "Add and Remove Programs" which i also removed. After a reboot and re-install it worked fine and picked up the license key from HitmanPro.

This was on Win 7 X64.

Don't forget to check whether the hmpalertsvc service and hmpalert.dll in the system32 directory are also removed after a corrupted installation.

No automatic update when Temp folder resides on a ram disk - but working normally otherwise after manual update.

Maybe a false positive for Media Player Classic - Home Cinema? I just clicked on the Home Page button under Help.

A few months ago the developer E.Loman already stated that "Media Player Classic - Home Cinema" should NOT be added to the protected programs.
Why did you manually add MPC-Home Cinema to the protected programs?

Is there a reason why I can't enable the Cryptoguard? I have a 3 Year subscription to HitmanPro and assumed it was included. Am I assuming incorrectly? I'm on 3.1.0 324.

Have you activated HitmanPro on that same machine? Can you post a screenshot of the main GUI of Alert?
