Is it possible to create an image of a PC that could be restored to a different PC with the Backup and Recovery Free 14 Edition. Thank you.

    Yes, it's possible, easily.
But unlikely that the different PC can boot.
Need to configure the WindowsOS for new hardware and integrate required drivers. This option there in the paid versions Paragon, and there is no in free.

You can use the linux boot disc included with Free rescue kit 14 to restore an image to different hardware.

If it is a different machine, windows will ask you to reactivate your windows license

Before ask reactivation, Windows should load. But it can boot if on new hardware other chipset? It's not a fact. May need a driver to Windows just could see the HDD.
