    Router question:

    Dear,

    Glad to see you.

Thank you very much, we have got it.

Sorry to have caused your inconvenience. The reason why 360TS don't support your router is that your router model is beyond our supported list, and we will consider adding it into our supported list, please stay tuned.

    Kind regards,

    Emily

It should work, that old issue has been marked as resolved.
If you run into problems, it would be most appreciated if you could provide us with the info on where the problem arises, so that it could be fixed, thanks :)

Latest version of 360TSE is 6.6.1.1014 That's what you get, when downloading the online installer.
In this version Avira and Bitdefender are not activated.

When you download the full package of 360TSE, you get build 1013, although file name says 1014.
In this version security is set to custom, by default, and Bitdefender is active.
Searching for updates does not offer upgrade to build 1014

I would like to say to add cyberfox to the list of browsers that 360TS web protection extension work. Too bad I could not install the add-ons of 360 in my cyberfox browser. SO please add it and also other browsers as well or put the extensions to firefox add-on lists so we can use it.

I am restricted at this time but could you find anything usable in C:\Program Files (x86)\360\Total Security\safemon\webprotection_firefox ? Try to manually add extension from file, browse to this location and see if there's anything there that you can select. If not, let me know and I'll wishlist it :)
Waiting for your report back, thanks!

Sorry if this has already been asked in the 52+ previous pages but I'd like to know how light is this solution, to use on a slow HP210 Pc running XP Starter Edition with just 1GB RAM.... Thanks.

@MerleOne It's one of the lightest antiviruses there is. The only way to tell how it will run is to install it, but from my experience from continually testing different antiviruses, 360 Total Security is lighter than just about every other antivirus. I recommend Total Security Essential as I don't like the speedup features in TS as it is too aggresive for my liking and often I want to leave enabled most of the startup items and scheduled tasks it wants to disable.

Many thanks. I will try it ! For the moment I have installed Panda Cloud AV, lighter than Kaspersky but still imposing some load on the system.

360 total security speedup seems does not like some competitors programs. Also it does not have the option in the speedup to PERMANENTLY ignore something. No matter how much I ignore the certain actions, it does pick it up with the next scan. Also it seems its cleanup tools interferes with some Opera browser's extensions.

here is my issue. I have beedoctor installed and auto ran. So 360TS speedup keeps picking it up for turning it off and no matter how many times I click ignore, it picks it up again.

So a permanent ignore option would be great to add to the speed up section. I hope this is addressed.

Install, turn on Performance security level, prepare to be amazed :)

See if you can whitelist it while in the Full Check tab [see details after scan]. If not, go to Speed Up and then manual after it finishes scan, then select it manually to start, visually ignore it from now on.
Will see to it to have ignore for speeding up programs, thanks :)

I've noticed that too. But, I'm not sure if that is the case as I think possibly it has a list of applications recommended to keep and ignores those, but selects every other task found to be removed from startup/scheduled tasks.

I run TS with all engines and it still is surprisingly light and very effective. They really knew what they were doing when they made this. Run it for a week and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how nice it is.

I would prefer the Essentials version but they don't have a Win10 version of it. It isn't a big deal since the extras are dormant; I don't run anything that doesn't tell me what it is going to do (I don't know what "Recommended cleaning" and "Optimal cleaning" do so I looked no further).

For cleaning/tuning, CCleaner w/CCEnhancer, MyDefrag, and optimize manually with a little research.
