I don't know why you would need to disable anything in HMP.A to watch youtube videos in FF. I don't.

Problem is most likely caused by a combination of security products.
A crash (or alert, some users think an alert is a crash ) may depend what mitigation is triggered. If Firefox crashes, try disabling mitigations one-by-one.

A new key will wipe remaining days. So enter the new key when the other one expires.

Nothing has been done to fix the flyout appearing during scrolling. We are unable to reproduce yet.

To all of us who encounter no issue with HitmanPro.Alert 3 build 193, great and happy for them.

But I'd truly appreciate if anyone experiencing the same issue as I have with HitmanPro.Alert 3 build 193 confirm (or not) that issue described in my last post.
As I've understood it, user @busy confirms it. Anyone else?

    Resumed : With HMP.Alert 3 build 193 -- but not with previous build 187 -- the / key renders an !, and a shift+/ renders an § (just as shift+!).
My keyboard is AZERTY, I'm running Windows 7, and the issue is system-wide : my keyboard's / key is simply misinterpreted by the system as the ! key.

Thanks, because I'm rather tightly committed to HitmanPro.Alert (as I am to HitmanPro.Kickstart) and that I rely on both for my system's security and health.

With QWERTY keyboard no problem what so ever.

OK, thanks for the info, L10090 -- That is already a good start. I remain puzzled to what appears to be an issue related to AZERTY keyboards. This is really odd, HMPro.Alert 193 but not 187 together with an AZERTY keyboard but not a QWERTY one. I just cannot run HMPro.Alert 193 in these conditions : no / key available :)

Did some testing. Do fast 4 to 8 scrolls with a long webpage (like https://www.wilderssecurity.com or www.majorgeeks.com), then the fly out often appears with like a 1 second delay (W7 64 bits/Firefox 38.0.6/build 193/Norton Security with Backup 2015).

Nothing as well is being done -- or even replied to! -- the issue I've posted concerning the unavailability of the / key on an AZERTY keyboard with latest HMPro.Alert 193 ...
Please to echo, should it be only to acknowledge. I just cannot use latest 193 :)

HPA 3.0.45 build 193 here, running the first days of my trial period. A couple of questions: Is there any discounts for Wilders members once my trial is over? Does the license starts ticking at activation or when you actually buy the product key?

    @Macstorm
You can apply for a 'Wilders beta' license to unlock the product. I truly think it's a generous gesture from Surfright. Just shoot @erikloman a message.

I just purchased a 3 PC license and can confirm that you get a product key which can be saved until you're ready to activate.

Well, beta builds are being announced in this topic on a regular basis.
Anyway, you can always buy a single pc license for 1 year to find out whether HMP.Alert performs as expected.

Indeed, I happily made use of the Black Friday discount last time.

Coming back with an update - all issues (Firefox, Skype, MS Word and BS Player) seem to have been resolved with Build 193, including the apparent conflict with MBAE Premium when trying to run IE 11. Well done guys, if this does't change for the rest of my trial period I'll get my 1 year registered copy.

mirian, you are going to have problems, running both MBAE and HMPA together..

if you have problems, don't blame surfright..
