What is this? In the setup box (in IMON) used for determining Higher compatibility or Higher efficiency we cannot make heads or tails of half the stuff found there. IEXPLORE.EXE is found in more than one location etc.

We need some guidance here, please. We were about to experiment with the latest url's in the last thread below but o_O o_O

    Thank you.

When an HTTP request is sent, the program doing the request sends an identifier regarding what program it is (called "user agent"). Since shared components are used, a program and a user agent may appear several times in the list.

For example, the standard user agent of Internet Explorer might be "Mozilla/4.0", however, the windows update activex-control, using iexplore.exe, might send the user agent "Windows Update Control". So you will see two entries for iexplore.exe.

IMON allows you to set the compatibility level for each set of user agent + program.
