If it runs OK, no issues then leave it as is. If you have issues remove mitigations, or one at a time starting with Load Library until you find the one causing the issue.

    Security related?

On my desktop machine where the keystroke encryption was not working, I uninstalled HMPA, deleted any files I could find related to it, removed all registry entries... and it worked. Until a reboot. Then it stops again.

So, I should override HMP.A adding KeyPass ? Maybe dev will comment.

I ran in to an odd problem, I use a Logitech G-15 keyboard with 18 extra programmable keys, I installed Hitman alert today and found that those keys no longer worked.

I tried disabling the BadUSB so see if that was the problem, those keys still did not work, then I disabled the encrypt key board thing and no changes, I uninstalled Hitman alert and the keys work again.

    What would cause that?

Latest flash 17.0.0.169 for Firefox crashes when going here. Disabled flash mitigations and no crash occurs. Still on v181.

If KeePass was automatically added and is working OK I would leave things as they are, unless Erik says otherwise. ;)

I have a G19 and the keys all work but the Keystroke Encryption does not. Maybe this thing doesn't like Logitech gaming keyboards.

Running 181 ...Keystroke Encryption stopped working ? I can see green border as I swipe corner but, no Encryption flyout

EDIT: Tried FF cycle....no change. Tried toggle Keystroke..no change.
Restarted Service. Encrypting is back. ??

No border around Firefox here since installing build 182 and no sign of key encryption.

Edit: Closing and re-opening FF has returned both the green border and the orange[?] key encryption.

Seeing no problems, I will simply let HMP.A update automatically instead of manually installing build 182.

Same here for (un)sandboxed IE11: sometimes no green border and key encryption (W7 64 bits/build 182/Norton Security with Backup 2015/Sandboxie 4.17.2).

The link was wrong and you must have tried it before I corrected it in my post. If you are not seeing the flash here, then you must e blocking it from appearing. If you are not blocking it, try refreshing the page with F5 a few times until it appears.

    Ah, it's an ad!
I had to disable adblocking to be able to see that content. (No Flash crash in IE.)

Geez, if you saw the scripts and trackers I had to allow just to get this far...you would avoid. There is embedded crap to the nth power.

I'm using Firefox with Noscript. I only allow certain things temporarily.
