Did you try to restart HMPA or was it still running? (Although the service might be killed)

On the ones I had trouble with HMPA will not load in the tray and your screenshot is what I would see if I tried to open HMPA 3(the items like license info were just a dash). On the win 7 64 bit computers I could start the service manually and it would open OK but if i restarted the computer the service still would not start automatically. On the win8.1 32bit netbook, the service would have an error code if I tried to start it manually.

Saw that and updated. Seems to work ok with Firefox, you can see the yellow border from Sandboxie and the green one from HMPA. IE doesn't seem to show any sign of HMPA

I see from your signature you're running this with KIS 2015. Is that working without any conflicts?

Is it possible to have a remote look on a system where the service won't start?

Took Invincea almost a year though to add the template (requested by Erik early 2014). No problems with beta 4.17.2 and build 181.

Is direct access to C:\Windows\CryptoGuard in Template for HMPA needed or not?

Running from a command prompt "hmpalert3.exe /uninstall" results in a message popup: "Failed to remove. error 5."

Ofcourse you should run the /uninstall with administrator privileges.

That is an interesting question. I am not sure. I may add it as it can't hurt

I will try to reproduce and message you. It might take a day or two to have one available.

    No problems with latest Flash player version 17.0.0.169 (W7 64 bits/build 181/FF 37.0.1/IE11/Sandboxie beta 4.17.2).

    Regarding extra flyouts in IE,
    Odd.
Last Sunday, I noticed several extra flyouts in IE, as I mentioned.
But yesterday and today I haven't seen any.
I don't know what triggered those extra flyouts in IE that I noticed Last Sunday, and I am not able to reproduce the extra flyouts.
As soon as I see the extra flyout in IE again, I will report back.

Regarding Keystroke encryption and the apostrophe and quotation mark issue,
    Curiouser and curiouser!
At this moment, with Keystroke encryption enabled, I can type ' and " with no problems, at Wilders, at Security.nl, and in other webforms.
Perhaps because of a recent reboot?
HMP.A is still build 181 (of course) and Keystroke encryption is still enabled.
As the issue was confirmed by others - do you still experience that issue?

Comfirmed. Noticed the "- and '-problem too 2 or 3 months ago. Thought it was a hardwareproblem (shift-key?) and not hmp.alert-related (W7 64 bits/build 181).

Confirmed, the (" and ') issue is still exists for IE11, not for Firefox (my default browser)
    W7-x64 English, US keyboard, hpa181, hp240, IE11, Firefox Nightly 40.0a1

Thanks very much, both of you.
But as I mentioned, today I don't have that issue, not with Vista IE9 and not with Win7 IE11, while HMP.A Keystroke encryption is still enabled. I don't understand why I don't see that issue today, while it was there for me the days before, and you two both confirm the issue. As I said, curiouser and curiouser!

What stopped Service. Is HMP.A Service 'stop' caused by my system or HMP.A glitch.
