Measure Windows boot and shutdown time

    Hi, running Win 7 x64. I have the definite impression that in the last few weeks my system has got slower both in booting up as well as shutting down. For clarity, I am not interested in measuring the overall system time - I already know how to do it.
    Before disabling or delaying some software from starting up, I would like to know if there is a way to measure the startup time of specific items.
    Also, how can I measure the individual contributions to shutdown, and in this case also the overall time?
    Thanks

    @Minimalist thanks I'll try that

    @Pliskin BootRacer measures just the overall boot time, which I am not interested in. The company has also another software which would have been appropriate, BootLog XP, but it doesn't run on Win 7

    Soluto has software which does similar to the one TairikuOkami pointed out.

    Personally I'd take a different route to finding the cause.

    Soluto is a monster application with the startup manager being only one part.

    Are you looking for something like Glary Utilities? Soluto is also good, as others have mentioned.
