With build 148 and 151 (and maybe older versions) an application does not restart after adding this application to a hmp.alert template (W7 64 bits).

    Installed build 152, Firefox 35.0.1 won't start sandboxed. Browser IE11 sandboxed no problem (W7 64 bits/build 152/Sandboxie beta 4.15.12).

Edit: reverted back to build 151 and now Firefox starts sandboxed.

Do you get an alert when starting Firefox sandboxed?

Build 151 running great here. Firefox (not sandboxed) won't open with Build 152. I see a flyout and FF running in Task Manager but no Firefox.

Indeed Krusty. Also an unsandboxed Firefox crashes with build 152.

Do you have Sandboxie installed? Or not installed at all?

    So its Firefox/W7 64 bits-related?

When I opened some word documents last night word would stop responding, and windows would ask me if I wanted to stopl the program. Also I had Windows freeze once, and I had do a hard shutdown. I'm not positive that HMPA caused Windows to freeze, but I had not had this problem until after installing HMPA build 148. I'm going to install build 152 now. I'm using Windows 7X64 Ultimate.

Possibly...I don't use Sandboxie so I can't comment on that. But I've been using 152 almost exactly from when erikloman posted the link so I've been browsing for just over 3 hours closing and opening FF 35.01 and no problems at all.

I have installed HMPA v 152, and Firefox won't run inside the sandbox, SBIE gives an error message. It also makes Media Player Classic crash when "exploit mitigations" are turned on. Question: if "safe browsing" is also turned on, do you need to get to see two fly outs?

Why would someone run his browser in Sandboxie, if HMP.Alert is protecting his browser?

It's double protection, if HMPA gets bypassed, then the malware is still contained inside the sandbox, and can't infect the system.

So I tried installing build 152 on my other system and found IE11 kept crashing. Back to build 151 and everything is fine again.
