Thank you treehouse786. That information was very helpful. The problem can be reproduced when Universal AV is disabled. We will solve this on the next release.

There will be an option for the end users to choose which CLoud AV's he wants to use? I would like to deactivate at least the cloud Clam AV since it a source for Flase Positives.
It would be nice as well an easy way to report FPs

Hi guys, nice to see you here again!
(I added 2718 as Yuki is already used here.)

Thank you hendy for renaming optimization!:thumb:

That's sounds good, but suppose maybe difficult to implement?

    You are welcome, Yuki.

You are right. The implementation is not that easy. I have to discuss this internally with other team members first.

We are currently doing a polling for interest to have this feature in SecureAPlus.
You can submit your opinion to:
    https://secureaplusforum.secureage.com/index.php/topic,41.0.html

If we could gather more Yes, we will bring this feature sooner to SecureAPlus.
    Need your support.

The virus signature update is downloaded directly from ClamAV server or its mirrors. The first screenshot shows that the server was busy, so that it was unable to accept any new connection. The second snapshot shows that the mirror has not been synchronized yet. You may try again another time.

    Kaspersky UTM Enterprise Flow Scanning Detects your product has a couple of different malicious code signatures - actual hits, not generic, which means something in your product has identical fingerprints;

Also if I disable my UTM layers Norton Sonar tags it as bad, and Download Insight Tags it as Reputation Warning, both Quarantined.

Could you let us know which files are detected has malicious code signatures?

Manually scan using Kaspersky detected as clean. I installed SecureAPlus v3.2.6 in Windows 8.1, 64-bit.

Kaspersky Flow Through UTM isn't the same as Kaspersky AV, entirely different technologies. Kaspersky UTM (Gateway) is heavily focused on new, relevant, ITW threats.

    http://www.kaspersky.com/about/news...ZyXEL_Join_Forces_to_Offer_Gateway_Anti_Virus
As a response to the reality of modern network-borne threats a special sub-set of signatures for viruses In-The-Wild (ITW) has been recently introduced by Kaspersky Lab. This sub-set of Kaspersky antivirus signatures has been implemented into ZyWALL UTM to effectively provide the first layer of protection and to stop ITW viruses at wire speed, before virus infections can reach the desktop. Kaspersky ITW virus list is maintained and updated constantly based on data gathered by the Kaspersky Virus Lab. Combined with ZyXEL's innovative “Stream-based” scanning technology, ZyWALL UTM delivers high performance ITW virus protection.

I just reformatted my desktop and installed SAP, and it doesn't alert me when I install certain programs such as k-lite codec pack, winpatrol, imgburn to name a few...shouldn't it alert me to any exe or no?

What software that you use to download?
If you are using a browser or download manager, first you have to make sure that the browser and the download manager are not accidentally set as "Trusted Installer".
You can do this by right click on the file, and check the "Trust level", make sure that they are set as "Trusted Application".
    upload_2014-11-19_8-57-8.png

After that, you also have to make sure that those software (the browser or downloader) are in the restricted application list.
    upload_2014-11-19_8-58-22.png

If you are not sure which software to set, you may send us your log files to secureaplus@secureage.com, and we can help you to analyze.

For Windows XP, the log folder is located at:
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SecureAge Technology\SecureAge\log

For Windows Vista onwards, the log folder is at:
    C:\ProgramData\SecureAge Technology\SecureAge\log
