Sorry just tested it and realized that Clamwin's heuristic is turned back on again somehow and that could be the reason why you are getting all the FPs again. We will look into this. It will also help us a lot if you can provide us with the FP list.

Thank you so much for your effort to test SecureAPlus and your great patience amidst our teething problems.

    Hi Guys,

With an extremely heavy heart, I want to bid farewell to all of you. I will be leaving SecureAge and the SecureAPlus Team very soon. My last day is 29 Sep. It has been a great pleasure talking with you guys and I have learnt so much from all of your valuable suggestions and comments. I hope all of you will continue to support SecureAPlus and give as many suggestions as possible to improve it further. Another SecureAPlus developer will be managing this forum from 30 Sep onwards. I will introduce him to all of you by 29 Sep.

    All the best,
    sinlam

Hi guest, we have found the source of the problem and have resolved it. You can test it again and these files are now no longer FPs.

    Hi Guys,

We are pleased to release v3.2.4. However, there are only very minor changes in this release:

    - Process optimization in Universal AV.
    - Allow users to import whitelist even when the Full System Scan is still in progress.
    - Change the title of the "SecureAge Antivirus Scanner" message prompt to "SecureAPlus Virus Scanner".

Please visit https://secureaplus.secureage.com/Main/secureaplus_download.php to view the release note or download v3.2.4.

If you already have version 3.2.3 installed on your computer and you did not change the default software update setting, your existing version will be updated to version 3.2.4 automatically upon your next reboot of your computer.

If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to post in this forum or email to secureaplus@secureage.com. Another SecureAPlus Developer will be managing the forum from tomorrow onwards.

    Cheers and all the best,
    sinlam

Damn, I was just about to download this program again and give it a whirl, but it isn't turning into abandonware is it?

I thought that because Silam left, who was extremely helpful, and the new guy posted a ~ Snipped as per TOS ~ attempt at hello and then the SecureAPlus thread fell into obscurity 2 pages back with no posts in 2 weeks.

True, they can. Did the acquisition of Sandboxie not cause a stir? What about the dev of Shadow Defender going missing for seemingly years?
