Firewall similar to TCPBlock - Block outgoing traffic with whitelist and log

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a Firewall for Windows 8.1, which is similar to TCPBlock for OSX (http://tcpblock.wordpress.com/)

    I need following features, which TCPBlock offers for Windows:
    - Block all outgoing traffic except my whitelisted applications
    - Show a log which IPs get pinged and let me add them to my whitelist

    Which one would be the best?

    How about "Windows Firewall Control" or "Tinywall", does one of them fits my needs?
