For some reason I cannot surf the internet with Google Chrome while HitmanPro.Alert is on-Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer are working just fine, what's the reason why HitmanPro.Alert is disabling Google Chrome to connect to internet and surf?

What else are you running? I've experienced that behaviour due to MBAE.

Yes MBAE needs to fix their compatibility with HMP.A and EMET, and they don't seem to be focused on that. That's why I replaced it with ViRobot APT Shield.

Do you still publish development builds?

Just installed CTP3 today and picked up a few things on my Win 8.1

1.Media player classic is incompatible with the null page mitigation

2.itunes crashes even if it is not a protected application, just having HMP.alert on the system is enough

3.plugin-container.exe for firefox and based products is not displayed on the list of running applications even if it is running, is plugin-container.exe protected even if it is not a protected application?

    I guess you mean HitmanPro.Alert 3 CTP2?
Or do you really mean CTP3?
If you really mean CTP3, then I suppose there's a closed beta, as Victek suggested last week, which might be a good thing.

Alert 3 is still heavily in development (although some think otherwise despite the obvious CTP preview designator ).
We will have a look at your findings and most likely create a fix in the next build. Thank you for you report :thumb:

Do you have any dumps or logs that were created? You can copy past the message in the Alert window as well.

I have just sent you a compressed crash dump of itunes but you didn't answer if plugin-container of mozilla based products is protected or not because it doesn't appear in the protected application list, is it automatically protected if the browser is protected?

Thank you for the dump. We will have a look at the plugin-container issue. Will be addressed in CTP3.

CTP2 also prevents MS Office 2013 x64 applications from opening in Windows 8.1 x64. Includes all Office applications Visio , Project Pro etc.

EMET 4.1 and Alert get along just nice. Also EMET 5 TP3 get long. But Microsoft added last minute changes on EMET 5 RTM and there is some incompatibility. That is the cause of your problem. We have it under investigation and hopefully a fix will be introduced in Alert 3 CTP3.

Good to know that you are aware of the incompatibilities.

On another note, is Alert 3 meant to work with sandboixe or does it make sandboxie redundant for browsers.
